Great service, smooth check in and always on around to help with any questions. Hotel is route is best to the hotel from where you are and with multiple lifts and escalators as well we being connected to everywhere but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be in and out all the time. Lift also straight down to mosque so very convenient. Mubarak Hossain bell boy friendly service

Great service, smooth check in and always on around to help with any questions. Hotel is quite large and connected to food court and supermarket, takes a couple of days to get your bearings and figure out which route is best to the hotel from where you are and with multiple lifts and escalators as well we being connected to everywhere but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be in and out all the time. Excellent and efficient service! Whichever request we had they immediately fulfilled it. The entire team are so professional and helpful. Check in and check out were so quick and stress free. The hotel was beautiful and clean and felt like home. Wish we could’ve stayed for longer!
