Extremely unhappy with my stay here.
Long waits at reception to checkin after a long flight.
Extremely outdated rooms, I’v stayed at hostels that looked better than your standard rooms. Not even a USB plug in the room. Locked fridge. Cramped bathroom.
Extremely Poor breakfast from the 50’s
Room service were the worst, rarely speak english, half the items unavailable.
First and last time of my life.
Cant believe how much you pay and what you get in return.
The one star goes to the lovely lady on the reception at Feast breakfast.

Went there for open buffet. The service was good, the environment was nice. However, the food cold have been better.

(-ve) Not Recommended for a long trip.
* Most of the time, there’s No Hot Water in the toilet to have a shower, you might have to call the reception most of the time before having shower.
* AC, specifically Fan Cool Unit (FCU), doesn’t cool properly in the day.
* TV channels are so poor
* Restaurant doesn’t have wide varieties in (Main courses, Sweets, and Soups) if you stay for a long trip, you would definitely notice that.

They should inform costumers that there is a big renovation in the hotel... Otherwise being there was a very good experience....
