I love sheraton, never dissappointed me around the world.
The plus thing is the lounge access, in which you have access to the seating on the 11th floor and the food.
The only thing that bothered me is that I asked for high floor room, and they only provide me with a room in the first floor.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and nice, the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was perfect, unless you don't want hot water or any water pressure. I basically froze trying to get my shower. Then we requested 2pm check out which we were granted via the Marriott Bonvoy App chat but then got a call in the morning telling us we needed to leave sooner and could no longer have our 2pm check out.

As sheraton amazing inside hospitality and worm welcoming with amazing attitude, unfortunately the security gate rounded all the experience due its my wedding day and my family are coming to say their goodbye to the pride and groom, they mentioned that rolls are complied to all residents and allowed one car, the funny thing is that I came yesterday at Thursday to extend my days, I sow in front of the main gate multiple vehicles with 2 luxury vehicles and they are taking pictures and saying their goodbye.
I don’t think this is fair, for that it’s considered as the word experience ever in this hotel and i hope for every pride and groom to avoid this hotel to not have this kind of behavior that upset your family.

The experience we’ve had in Sheraton especially in the restaurant has left us a memorable and fond experience with the staff being led by Mr. Zahid and the staff namely Akshay and Ann who have provided exceptional service money couldn’t afford but with the diligent service and respect. their food is definitely world class prepared of course by world class chefs. It is truly an exceptional dining experience and we highly recommend this for a memorable time with friends and family.

Great stay at Sheraton Jeddah, I booked Club Room dor 2 nights with access to Club Lounge. Room was spacious, updated and very cozy. Sheraton Club lodge is located at 11th floor and offers free breakfast and snacks.
Hotel is located next to Jeddah Corniche which makes it very attractive to tourists. Hotel staff was very cooperative and Room service was great.
I highly recommend this hotel and I am definitely staying again here.
I am Marriott Gold Elite member and booked hotel through Marriott.
