Nice hotel.
Great facilities. The pool table is not functional as there are no cushions!
Breakfast is good but no room to put your plate anywhere when collecting food. No one has looked at the guest experience here!
Rooms are pretty small, not even enough space anywhere to open my suitcase fully.
Bathroom is really small and toiletries are unopenable and useless.

This was my first trip to Saudi Arabia in Jeddah, this property of Sheraton is bang on the sea face where you can see a lot of weekend rush on the waterfront, it is an easily accessible property, the staff is curtiuos and warm, We were looking for vegetarian food and the staff went to all length to ensure we got all the desired cusine at all time of the day, I would like to thank Akshay from the Feast Restaurant staff for being there for us all time, he is an asset to this hotel and a rare gem, thank you!!

Location is great, walking distance from the sea, view is nice.
Service in the ex lounge is top, the staff there is doing their outmost.
The (male)front office is horrible, with full disrespect towards clients, from the check-in till the after service. I can't understand why a 5* marriot property accept such a behavior from the people that are the first and last to be seen staff.

Location is amazing. Some of the rooms are updated, others are quite old. In terms of customer service, they don’t live up to the Marriott brand. Early check ins are a hassle with them, and room upgrades for elite members is a hit or miss. I stay here often and have never been upgraded to a suite.

Our first room had no hot water in the shower, i was told they would move me to another room they apparently forgot and i had to walk over to the lobby, instead of giving us an upgrade we moved to a smaller room. We also ordered breakfast but our names were not on the list though the lady was nice. In general a nice hotel but i didnt expect these many issues . Not the best experience for the amount of money i paid.
