We had gone 2-4 May 2024. Had an amazing experience. The welcome, service, amenities all were great. The rooms are situated in between the mountains and so its cooler than outside and beauty is just breathtaking. Since it was off season we even got upgraded to private villa. Staff are really courteous and helpful. We personally felt less options for breakfast, but the chef will make you anything on your request.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was so peaceful and breathtaking views at night. The staff there were so friendly and made our stay very pleasant. We loved the fact that it was close to many of the attractions. We will definetely come back again!

Picturesque hotel with great hospitality and services, situated perfectly in the heart of AlUla, near to elephant rock. Special thanks to Mr. Krishna and Mr. Sandeep for making our stay even more comfortable. Looking forward to more such lovely stays.

Absolutely horrible. The superior rooms are super old, dirty and stinky. Shower head was 10 years old, only 10% of water coming out, not to mention it wasn’t even hot. I didn’t want to sleep in the room and asked for an upgrade because these rooms are unacceptable for a price of 750€ per night. So they gave me an upgrade but 1h later told me to come back to pay an additional 800€ for the upgrade. Absolute jokers. On top of it all you have to wait for a golf cart to move you from A to Z. Takes ages to arrive. No one speaks English on top of it all.
Never coming back - worst experience ever.

Such a beautiful resort located in a deserted location from lights and noise, the sky and nature is gorgeous. Their breakfast is very delicious and stays till 10:30 which is great specially to people who like to sleep in during their vacations. There is a cute small spa with massage, manicure & pedicure services, in addition to a shared gym.
There’s another restaurant beside the pool area “Myazo” which is open for late dinners.
I surely will come again.
