Great hotel in a stunning location. Special thank you to housekeeping supervisor Abdulghaffar for his exceptional service and being extremely helpful. All requests were kept in mind and fulfilled to the best possible level. I enjoyed my stay and am definitely looking forward to coming back.

How is this a luxury resort? Feels like a cheap roadside motel. They’ve used the cheapest furniture, cheapest appliances, cheapest fixtures in bathrooms, cheapest most uncomfortable pillows. The heater wouldn’t even turn on. We spent last night freezing in the flimsy bed covers they have. Prayer mats are literally paper thin. They’re the travel kind that are made out of thin plastic like sufra, but in this resort they’ve chosen to keep those in their hotel rooms. And they smell! Horrible! Especially for the price. This room isn’t even worth 100sr a night and we’re paying 2400+sr per night. I’m here right now and so disappointed. For this price you can experience true luxury in UAE. There is zero privacy. My window opens into the patio that is shared with all the rooms. So if curtains are not properly drawn, anyone can look in. Esp at night everything is visible from outside. And of course no area for me to sit outside privately to enjoy the view. It’s basically one patio shared between 20, 30 rooms. Some furniture is even broken. The bathroom door doesn’t close. Shower drain is clogged. There’s rust in many places in the bathroom. We asked for king bed and they gave us twin. There’s no one who brings your luggage to the room. Zero luxury. Very third world feels. Please spend your money elsewhere. This is NOT a 5 star resort. It’s like petrol pump motels you find on the highway to Makkah.

As a retreat organizer, I can say that Shaden surpassed all expectations. We had a group of 25 and Shaden took care of every one of our guests. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious, the staff were amazing and Ashraf the GM was fantastic. We have very high expectations and standards as a tour operating company and Shaden surpassed them all. We’ve decided to make Shaden our retreat base for every Saudi Trip. We’ve stayed and have seen the other high end hotels but nothing compares to the SOUL this place has! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing resort from a location perspective but extremely disappointed from the booking process. 1- No website. 2- We need to pay before staying in the hotel? (first time I ever hear that). 3- Got promised 3 times of getting my bill on whatsapp and it was never sent. 4- It took me 8 calls and 14 emails to arrange for my booking. This is unacceptable and not the standard I expected from such an amazing resort and location. I blame their management on this. I would still go there just because of the location, because AlUla is beyond amazing! Shame this is how things are in this resort.

It's Amazing, my preferred place of stay in Al Ula? don’t miss it try one time you will try it again. Very close to Elephant rock site. Loved the stay from check in till check out. We will come back soon Shaden Resort, In Sha Allah.
