We stayed at Shaden from April 21st to April 23rd. The resort is good but it’s still in the development phase. There are No activities inside the resort. It’s literally dead! The pool side cafe is closed all the time . Incase someone plans to swim there is no service related to towels etc.I asked them and they said it’s dead because it’s not a season. Please note that it was Eid holidays ? In buffet there are no sauces or juices and if you request them they say that our machines are not working. Same is the case in breakfast buffet , I asked one of the waiters to toast my slice and he said they don’t have toasters yet. I gave my daughter’s night suit for laundry and they committed that it will be ready by 6pm but I got it at 12 am after multiple calls & upon asking they said that they gave it outside somewhere for laundry because the machines are not set yet. They charged me 100 sar for three pcs. They should inform this to the customers beforehand . I could have get it done from outside myself. Most of the staff is extremely rude. I requested something out of the way before booking and I’m thankful that they provided it but honestly their customer service is extremely unprofessional. Don’t even know how to talk or email to customers in hospitality business . There was only one girl in the reception Elaan who was a wonderful & professional person. Apart from her the house keeping staff was very helpful. Personally I won’t recommend this resort to anyone .

I will review Shaden restaurant as I didn’t stay in the resort. They have a delicious food with affordable prices.The staff is helpful with warm welcoming but little bit delayed service.

Amazing resort, accessible to all attractions. Many thanks to Hind Alharbi who was very professional and made our stay as lovely as possible . Highly recommended.

It's nice and luxury resort. Very quiet and comfortable, the staff are friendly and professional, I had an amazing 4 nights stay and would love to recommend it to anyone looking for something unique. I would definitely come back again.

Great location. Beautiful mountains formations with uniquely-shaped rock all around the area. Loved the character of the hotel. The environment was pleasant and welcoming with facilities & services that the guest needed. Enjoy the experience.
