The staff were very friendly helpful and always greeted us warmly.
The room service was regularly seen around the hotel and nothing was too much trouble when we needed it.
The breakfast buffet was very accommodating and offered dishes from around the world in a clean spacious area with staff to hand should they be required to assist.
The bell boys were also at hand to help with the luggage when checking in and out.

We loved this hotel as it was very close to the Haram literally 5 minutes away. The staff were great, rooms were cleaned and tided every day with out fail. Nice size rooms. Staff on the desk were very polite and helpful. Some areas may need a little updating but that does not take away from the great service you get. Room service is quick, staff are always ready to help. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is not worth the 4-stars. Rooms are very dated, not clean and dusty. The bath room is worse, there is mold everywhere, it smells, and not clean. We got ill due these circumstances. This really is a health hazard. We eventually got a different room that was a bit cleaner, but still not to a 4-star comfort. Not worth the money.
The hotel is extremely noisy, and not good isolated. People talking in others rooms and hallway can be heard. Even the staff talks very loudly, which is annoying when your kids are sleeping.
The rooms are not cleaned everyday. You need to repeatedly ask to do so.
The only good thing is that the hotel is at walking distance of the mosque (10min) entrance at gate 328. But there a many hotels that are nearer to the mosque. There are shops and supermarkets at walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were cooperative and service overall was satisfactory. There are more room to further improvement. Room Service need to be looked after with vigilant eye. However, we were altogether 11 people at four different rooms and everyone were satisfied. We wish a better prospects of this hotel in future. You need to make improvement in speed of lifts. We had a bad experience where one had waits for quite sometime.
This often happened after each Namaz when people used to come from Haram to the hotel in numbers. The hotel can be rated overall an average one. The facilities were far beyond rental value of the hotel.

The room was great.
The food was so-so, not many options.
The staff at the restaurant were not very responsive. I asked for a baby chair but it didn't come until finally, I asked for it again. When it finally arrived, the staff only gave me the baby chair without taking the initiative to help me move the existing chair to arrange the baby chair.
The staff at the reception were also not very friendly when I asked for help to send drinking water to my room because until almost sunset there was no drinking water sent to my room.
Compared to the hotel I stayed in Makkah (also a 4-star hotel), the service was a downgrade.
The location was great. Easy to access and it only took 3-5 minutes to walk to the Prophet's Mosque.
I booked a Standard Twin Room and they gave me a King Room, which was great.
The staff who served the check-in process were very friendly and seemed to really want to give their best.
