Excellent hotel, clean, modern, location is great near Qibla
Really helpful reception staff
Restaurant is also very good, and the restaurant staff are friendly, helpful
Room service staff are polite and helpful
Only problem is limited staff for luggage handling

I have lived in many hotels in Madina 1 to 5 stars but I have never seen such awful place.you keep calling them no response from any numbers. Cleaners don't come in spite of repeatedly calling. I stayed with family in 2 rooms but only once one room was cleaned. Amenities were refilled only once on 4 days.
Food was also just to fill stomach

Overall, our experience was good, it started with a mix up on dates of reservation on my part however, reception staff was quick to over alternatives and overed upgrades. Location is the best as we were the closest hotel to The Prophet's site. Food was great and restaurant's staff was very pleasant to deal with.
Cons: Garage managed separately and could use improvement on its process. Other areas that could use consideration on management part: Room service (cleaning, very hard mattress, maintenance).

Had a 4 nights stay.
5 star hotel down-graded to a 3 star hotel.
Pros:
-The Elevators are readily available and fast.
-Excellent bathroom you will definitely love it.
-The central cooling system is really worth it.
The complimentary breakfast buffet has lot of options.
Cons:
-The TV system is 2000 model.
-Very advanced cisco exchange devices installed but no one available to attend you.
-The Mattresses are hard like wood.
Summary
-If u dont have any good option left then go for it but remember if you are not used to sleep on the floor you wont be able to sleep.

DO NOT BOOK!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
I BOOKED THIS HOTEL AND WHEN I ARRIVED THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKING WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
THE STAFF DID NOT EXPLAIN WHY THIS WAS CANCELLED AND WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. I HAD TO PAY £100 FOR 1 NIGHT WHEN I ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR 7 NIGHTS FOR £450.
THIS IS FRAUD!!!
I HAVE SINCE CONTACTED THE HOTEL WITH NO REPLY.
