Service need rod be improved .. they don’t want give basement parking to the guest !! Everytime the reception guy say it’s full ..

Location was really good. Wifi in rooms doesn’t work at all i have noticed this problem with a lot of people because people were using it in the lobby. Informed front desk but still they didn’t fix anything.

Very good location, near the Haram. Rooms were a bit tired, but OK if you're just spending a few hours sleep there. Receptionist was very slow at getting people checked in, a bit of a queue built up (at 11.30 pm).
