Extremely bad services for room. No manager came for asking any services and cleaning staff always looking for lame excuses for services, may be they are looking for some money or tip for their bad services.

Staff at reception were rude. The manager never came out to understand the problems. Rooms were not ready on time, and they weren't cleaned properly. Missing toiletries and other basic things.

The rooms are old they need new sheets, windows broken, missing TV, internet very slow cutting like million times. If you need to use 4g the signal weak because the building may floors. The reception are looking angry, hot water working only for 10 minutes. ?

Location was convenient, however, cleanliness of the rooms was abysmal, could literally tell the rooms had not been cleaned in a long LONG time, some rooms had hair accumulated on the floor, bed and furniture, some rooms had cockroaches/insects and most other rooms just had mess all over the floor and under the bed. The bathrooms were so loud constantly and didnt allow us to sleep because it actually sounded like someone assaulting the bathroom pipes, i was actually concerned that something was going to explode. We had no water for around 24 hours because of a blockage in the pipes. The air conditioner filter had so much dust inside it, I have asthma triggered by dust, so my asthma was going wild while i was there. The staff in the dining room were horrible, rude and sat on their phones constantly. The food selection was poor, and when some of my group members first went into their rooms, the beds still hadnt been made from the previous guests! Wifi didn't work here. The only plus side was that the building looked nice from the outside and the public areas like the corridors/stairway, the lifts came really quick and the hotel is close to the masjid an nabawi. Aside from that, I would NOT recommend.
