We had a course for some days in one of their meeting rooms. Their snakes are the worst. There coffee is the worst i ever tasted in my life. The sweets and pastries are bad and it is also very difficult to drink from there giant water cans and you have to make a scene during the course in order to pour from them. The fruits were good and the tea. We also had an issue with the meeting room door, every time someone needs to inter, the lecturer has to stop and go open the door since it doesn’t open from outside. It was a difficult days.

It is a nice new hotel close to the old town of Riyadh, very convenient for business district. Let me say I did not have a great experience considering that they booked me a smoking room in spite of requesting a non smoking in my reservation, I could understand as I asked for early check in but they did not manage to change even later which was quite not acceptable. Being a non-smoker to stay in smoking room is disaster. As the smoking rooms are in level 4 I had another issue of the shower, being in top floor there was no pressure. The water pressure was super low and difficult to take a shower. Another issue during checkout, normally you book using your travel agent but you pay at the hotel and get an invoice, I tried explaining but until the end did not get an invoice. Now I have to write to reservations and hope they will send me an invoice. The charge was made before I arrive in the hotel but I have no receipt. Unbelievable.

It was very disappointing experience, I went for Eid Fitr holiday and choose this place to enjoy the Swimming Pool because it looks good in website, but they drain all waters and cleaning it for 2 days! the employee had lie to me many times, mention it almost done on the 1st day but not, then said tomorrow 8 am pool will be ready but not, then again said waiting 1,5 hours but not, then finally my checkout time! many Guest complaints in the Receptionist Desk and still not finished. Oh astaghfirullah, it ruined my holiday.

We had iftar today at park inn and the buffet was amazing, food variety and attention to details was always there. Chef Jean was always around. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the hotel and it was a good experience. The location was perfect, the rooms were good in size and clean, and the breakfast was good, somehow limited due to Ramadan. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay!
