Compliments to the team for looking after me so well, always pleasure to stay here. Team in the restaurant always remembers the way I like my coffee too. I enjoy my stays despite the hotel not being in its former youth no longer - just like me :) thank you Jennifer for looking after me this morning

Staff here are wonderful, especially Jennifer at breakfast who goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She is to be commended. Everyone I encountered was so kind and helpful. The rooms need attention. The room was cold, it didn't matter what temperature you set, it would not heat. The shower flood the bathroom, the sink needs attention. Some lights not functional and no plugs near a mirror. The bed was very comfortable, the curtains excellent at blocking the light and there was no noise disturbance. Fixing up the bathrooms would elevate this hotel significantly and fixing the air conditioning.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, particular from the staff members name. Jennifer they assisted me during lunch and dinner, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and dedication truly enhanced my dining experience and overall stay at the hotel, the food was a highlight - every dish was delicious and the variety was impressive. The amenities inside the hotel were top-notch adding to the overall excellent experience.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Great location. Very helpful staff. Some of the plugs in the room didn’t worked though. But doesn’t bother me. Would stay again.

Great location and great service as well. We stay here for 5 months for work and all the housekeeping team is amazing. Special thanks to Ali for morning shift and Supervisor Mohhamed for the evening that act quickly and take excellent care of us. Highly recommended.
