Totally unhappy with my stay at this hotel, I gave one extra star for emailing me the invoice copy, please keep the rooms clean and tidy and well maintained considering the fare you're charging..!!

Room is good. Food and customer service is the worst I have seen ever.
for example.
While being in quarantine I asked do they have any sweets for my child since I can not go outside. they said "This is not a supermarket".
It does not take a genius to figure out that it is not a super market. You dont need to be this rude.
They dont even answer if I call the reception.
this is just an example. overall my experience at this place was really bad.

When I came into my hotel I didn't even get towels to shower. All my meals included meat except for the ones that I got in the morning though I told them I am a Vegetarian. The room overall was ok but not worth the money. I was in quarantine so I had to do 2 PCR tests before I could leave. 2 of 2 times the room it was in was completely overfilled with people and no one was keeping there distance which was horrible considering that anyone of us could have infected someone else if they had Covid. Overall it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
I would not recommend this hotel to Vegetarians, Vegans, or anyone else.
