Accept at times poor wifi, everything else is brilliant. Especially the staff is very supportive and accommodating, specifically Hamza, Abdullah, Khittab, Ibrahim and Rocky are helpful and offer top class service experience.

My stay at Myrtle had its ups and downs. While the location was amazing and the room was comfortable, the service left something to be desired. It had many near by fast food restaurants and Granadia Mall was right around the corner (5mins). Rooms were very huge and comfortable. Washrooms needed a huge renovation.
Service was a bit slow, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. I had to remind them about some requests multiple times before they were addressed. The restaurant service was also a letdown, the staff at the breakfast area was quite rude and the breakfast was very primitive having limited options. With some improvements in the service department, this could be a much better experience for guests.

Stayed here for 6 months. Staff service is good. Furniture is something which is a bit outdated, needs an overhaul.
Internet is okiesh.
In terms of breakfast, well could have been better in terms of variety they serve specially for vegetarian.
