The hotel provides exceptional service at a reasonable price. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the bar service is commendable, although the price of a bottle of water is exorbitant. Rooms are cozy and well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer, and safe. Additionally, the swimming pool is delightful.

The reception staff at the hotel are exceptionally pleasant. They go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and attended to.
Moreover, the hotel's team members are not only professional but also friendly and approachable. They are always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making the stay even more comfortable.
However, while the service and hospitality provided by the staff members are commendable, there is one aspect that falls short of expectations: the breakfast buffet. The options available are extremely limited and do not align with the exceptional quality of the other services provided. It would be great if the hotel could enhance the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings to match the overall level of service provided throughout the establishment.

To be honest, i had high expectations, but they were higher than i expected.

The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time
The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful
The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained
The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions
The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish.
The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options

Room was spacious and sparking clean, the staff was always smiling and welcoming, available and professional.
The hotel is modern, elegant and well maintained.
I really appreciated my stay in this hotel, highly suggested!
