Terrible experience, despite being upgraded and impressed with the suite, hygiene was a major issue! I found traces of clipped nails under the sofa and despite reporting it to reception it was still there 3 days after until I complained for the 2nd time.
Nothing was done about this other than receiving a standardised apologetic response.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t awarded my full Marriot Bonvoy points, to date I made 4 attempts to raise this by email with guest services team and not received a single response.
For a stay that was in excess of 10,000 SAR I was awarded 2,400 points!
I hope the management team reviews my comment here and remedy the situation, never staying there again!

All the listed things here are my honest opinions
1- the lobby is soo calming especially the saxophone music
2- the floor ,couch and the tables are surprisingly clean
And I would like to thank Faisal Rashed for his quick and respectful reception.

Decent hotel with a pleasant interior and in a great location. However, the quality of service and choice of food needs to be greatly improved.
I enjoyed the swimming pool which is open till 7pm and in an untypical setting, but could be much better cleaned.
The hotel staff was much less helpful with addressing my requests than in other 5-star hotels.
I was staying in this hotel mainly due to proximity to my client location.
Nevertheless, I have to say that the interior is very pleasant. Much more lively and energizing than in Ritz or Marriott Diplomatic Quarter.

I stayed 6 months in Le meridien Riyadh. I appreciated the quality of the food (especially the Thai restaurant), and the service. I would like to thank especially Faisal and Akalanka who were always there to please my needs and create a successful experience :)

First time to try Riyadh Meridian and I have to say that everything is elegant. The interior design of the hotel is amazing, parking is very easy to access in the basement floors, the rooms are spacious and the service is great, prices are higher than other hotels if you look for decent quality.
