Rooms are comfortable but don’t expect the carpets or the washroom to be clean. But, would serve the purpose if your motive of visit is Pilgrimage.
Cost effective accommodation with free shuttle service to the Haram around the clock which is gold. Less restaurants around and mostly closed during the day.
Receptionist are very slow to check you in hence expect a delay. The room boys/cleaners are very helpful though.

Good rooms and location in this rent. Nice value of money. The only problem is that the free shuttle service leaves you in Haram parking area from where you have to walk for almost 1.2km to enter mosque from main gates

I was 3 nights in hotel. There hotel location /rooms cleanness /is good sply there room charge very nice cheap price. But hotel reception staff very rude. They need more polite and friendly and helpful. During the check out I asked a bottle of water but unfortunately they denied.

It is a good option to stay if they improve customer service. I booked a double bed but they give single beds. They promised that they will arrange the next day but in 4 day stay they never came back to me.
Room service was very slow.

Very bad hotel room is not so clean staff don’t know how to greet and talk with customers the worst experience when we woke-up in the morning and came for the breakfast and they stopped while eating by saying there is no breakfast included, we need to go to the reception and argue because we already paid for the breakfast and after few min they saying sorry please continue. It happened 2 days continuously.
