Fantastic hotel for a budget stay, this was my 2nd stay. Very courteous staff .. breakfast spread is a bit light but does the job. Dinner buffet is fantastic. Great option if you're considering a budget stay near Al Olaya

We had gone to thehotel for a Hi Tea. We had discount coupons for the same. Even if we had a discount coupon, we had paid for the same and the treatment of the staff was horrible. No proper seating arrangement, no items for Hi Tea. The behavior of the staff was horrible as if we were asking for free. Whatever we asked for was unavaileble. Tea was just hot water and tea bag, NO SUGAR. When asked the staff said ''We do not provide sugar''. On repeated inquiries for supporting items for Hi Tea we were given some cakes and buiscuits. Atleast they should be aware. Even a road side vendor behaves better than they did

I went for dinner open buffet…it was so good … many main courses,,different types of salad ,,all were great and tasty ,, they have open buffet for breakfast from 6-10 am and dinner from 7-11 pm ,,, i will go back for

Honestly I was very happy that I got the opportunity to stay in this hotel for a month because they made my stay extremely comefortable, and everybody was friendly and professional! 1. The chef even went as far as making me my favourite appetizer and including it in the buffet everyday in the morning! 2. The housekeeping followed my instructions to the letter. 3. The room service was there whenever needed and even bent a few rules for me :") *the duty manager was the best thing there. He made things happen in snaps and was a kind soul overall. It definitely was a memorable experience!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Holiday Inn Meydan Riyadh, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The most significant issue I faced during my stay was the ongoing construction work near the property. To my dismay, I had not been informed about this beforehand, which resulted in a sleepless night. The drilling and construction noises began as early as 6 am, preventing me from getting the rest I desperately needed. It's disappointing that the hotel failed to communicate this disruption to its guests, as it significantly impacted the quality of my stay. When I tried to address my grievances with the Manager, Mr. Mahdi Ali, his response was shockingly rude and uncaring. His dismissive attitude left me feeling unheard and disrespected. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service, especially from a property under the IHG brand. One of the hallmarks of the IHG brand is its commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards. Regrettably, my experience at the Holiday Inn Meydan Riyadh fell short of these expectations. The lack of transparency about the construction and the unprofessional behavior of the Manager have left a lasting negative impression on my stay. I sincerely hope that the management of the Holiday Inn Meydan Riyadh takes steps to rectify these issues and ensures that guests are well-informed about any disruptions that may impact their stay. IHG properties are known for their hospitality and customer-centric approach, and it's my hope that this incident was an isolated one that doesn't reflect the overall standard of the brand. The management of the property takes the necessary actions to uphold the reputation and standards of the IHG brand.
