The receptionist are friendly and made our stay joyful.
The room is clean but small, acceptable for the price.
I would have given five stars if not for the luggage porter; he left me to carry my own bag. That made me really upset !!

I stayed in the diplomatic suite. It was good but not VERY good. There is a bad smell in the hallway to the suite. The toilet lacks privacy. The suite was not clean as it should be. The windows are huge with a fascinating city view, but they were not clean as they should be. The AC operates well but is noisy. I am a returning Hoiday Inn customer, but this suite is a NO NO!

Poor service, inattentive and careless staff. Don't care for service as they are most of the time full and high occupancy.. worst maintenance and upkeep of rooms. Cheap quality of food. Even if you complain they don't give a damm about it.
So think before you book as it is certainly not worth the money you pay !! Better choices available

It is a really nice place comparing with other hotels in same area.
The rooms are clean, staff are polite and friendly. Highly recommended for any business stay.

Rooms are old and in need of renovation. AC fans in some of the rooms could be noisy. Staff is polite and eager to serve however communication could be an issue with some of the staff as not everyone speaks English.
