VERY DISAPPOINTED SERVICE. we told the restaurant to charge the bill of the additional guest upon discharge, but we were surprised when the waiter followed me in the parking with the mada machine and charge the Sr 49 meal without receipt.

I had a great stay.. the room was modern and cosy with nice relaxing lighting.. all hotel staff deserve 10 stars they’re so friendly and help you with everything you need?

The location of the hotel is great, connected to a lot to nearby restaurants and shops, the facilities were great as well, no complain about that.
However, the main problem is with the noise, I stayed two nights and there was a wedding at each night with a very loud music and bass which can be heard at all floors due to the open lobby design of the hotel. I couldn't sleep until around 2-3am when they finish.
The other problem is with the shower shampoo where I had empty ones, not sure if they were used but it was disgusting to have such experience.

Hotel was good and like personally to stay there because staff was very helpful and smooth spoken. Specifically HK staff was very good.
