We took the room at 8:00PM. The receptionist told me check out at 2:00PM. But unfortunately, We got late 30 minutes from Masjid. They throw out our belongings out of room. Some of items I didn't get.

Firstly, to talk with them it’s difficult, they don’t speak english or arabic. There is just one card by room so you can wait 10 minutes to ask for open your door, about the room : you can sleep on the ground it’s same, the pillow is uncomfortable, we ask for towels then it comes after 2 hours. The window doensn’t close, all the night you hear the street, by the way they don’t clean it the windows
The room is very small. You place your luggage then it’s difficult to walk in the room, no wifi…

Full of bed bugs (کھٹمل)۔
Management should have a grand operation against bedbugs. I stayed here from 20.7.23 to 28.7.23 in room 703.
