Pretty good compared to many other hotels in Makkah. Service and staff are good and rooms are spacious with cabinets and storage space.
They have 4 lifts for public use, it becomes a little crowded if one of them is not working.
Distance from Haram is around 600 meters. Hotel is in the street but the street has lots of restaurants and shops of others necessities.

Very nice hotel 3 star no doubt
12 min walking distance
All types of shops and restaurants around
Bit issue with wash room cleaning , have to force and they clean it
SIYAM the co ordination guy is so cooperative and nice..
5 x lifts
Reception desk is co operative
U can choose it easily if u van walk for 10 min and want a peace ful stay

We were 20 friends who visited the holiest city together. We stayed 13 days from which 7 days were during Ramadan.
Rooms were in good condition. Street view was awesome.
Service was ok. Akrom helped us a lot. Even though we were 4 persons in one room, only one key was provided which made difficult conform timing within group.
Location is very good except Ramadan. It is only 5 minutes away from Masjidul haram by bus which is free. However hotel moved its buses from simple route to complex journey which took 1 hour during Ramadan time. We had to pay to use the easiest way then.
Overall it was awesome sacred journey, we loved and definitely would like to repeat.

Nice comfortable room,but location is around 1.3 km from haram,not good for old people who have difficulty in walking
