For the Mecca standard, it is not spectacular. But it's actually a nice place and there's someone always on hand to listen and help out.

During Ramadan... I had very bad experience at this hotel
1. Rooms - are very narrow 5 beds in one room you can't even walk
2. No service at all .... nothing ( no wifi no dry clean I had to switch rooms because the AC problem)
3. Location (2.4 km from Haram ) ... there is not enough shopes around the hotel... no restaurant no supermarket, mobile shop
