don’t expect your room to be cleaned, even for your personal trash the room service will ask you for tips.
at 02.00 they didn’t hesitate to knock your room asked whether there’s garbage to be dumped, and of course they will asked u for money.

Understandable that the hotel is prepared for 4 guests in a room, no matter you reserve for 2, for the purpose of pilgrimage or umrah.
You have no options unless you choose other more luxurious hotels around there.
The good thing is that you will not experience long queing using lift... a sufficient number of lift for the guests

The hotel have over-capacity problem. It needs about 2 hours to wait for the elevator/lift because too many people are queueing. At one point the lift was broken and could not function. The staffs need to improve on hospitality.

reception colleague at the night shift is not polite he need to be trained how to deal with the guest because of his attitude im not visiting the hotel ever again
