Very bad experience I am having here , no room cleaning and even accessories has been provided to ask , I just asked an Indonesian receptionist for.a toilet rolll and pillow covers , they are avoiding to provide ,, the stafff is so lazy and irresponsible,,, wish no one come here again

Good hotel, 15 minutes walking to/ from Haram. Free Makah bus also available at the bus stop in front of the hotel. Thanks for the service during our stay in last December.

Loved staying here. Hotel is very affordable and the location is great. Clean and quiet and the staff are so nice.
To get to the grand mosque, take Al Haram bus (number 8) from across the street of the hotel. It drops you off at Ajyad 2 station (in front of Malak Ajyad hotel). You can easily walk to the mosque from there. To return to the hotel, get to Ajyad 4 station (across the street from Malak Ajyad hotel), catch bus number 6, and it will drop you off right in front of the hotel. Buses are 4 SAR one-way. Sometimes they ask for tickets but most of the time they don't. Amazing service.

The hotel is very clean, the receptionist and security are very friendly. On the side of the main road, guests can walk to the Masjidil Haram. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
