The Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences are a new state-of-the-art luxury residences, designed to offer the highest level of comfort and convenience. The Fairmonet Ramla Residences are located in Al Sahafa District which is close to both KAFD (King Abdullah Financial District) and Historic Diriyah whilst being only a 30 minute drive from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.

The luxury accommodation options are diverse, ranging from executive suites to family suites, and even a presidential suite. Each suite is meticulously designed with a breathtaking city view and with most featuring an attractive balcony.

The Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences are located in Ramla Terraza, which is an exciting addition to Riyadh's vibrant culinary scene and brings together a unique mix of international cuisines making it a gastronomic haven for food enthusiasts. It is home to four unique restaurants: Clap, Brute, Iris Cafe and Jones the Grocer all of which you can find on Welcome Saudi. Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences are also located close to At Turaif World Heritage Site and Bujairi Terrace.

Despite its beauty and luxurious ambiance, this hotel lacks professionalism in hotel management. Instead of prioritizing guest satisfaction, their main concern seems to be money, as one of their employees literally told me. My booking was for 30 nights, but I couldn't even stay for a couple of nights due to the tremendous pressure they put on me to pay the full amount upfront, even though the traveling agency had already covered it. They even woke me up at 4:00 AM just to inform me about the payment issue. The next day, they intentionally shut down the lights in my suite to force me to pay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The way they treated me was extremely shameful and barbaric.

I resided at this hotel for a duration of 30 days. The two standout aspects of my stay were the excellent food and service. The experience was truly delightful. I particularly relished the extensive breakfast offerings, and I extend special gratitude to the Head Chef, Kannan, for accommodating my personalized breakfast request; the food was not only delicious but also a highlight. Regarding the room, the air conditioning was not as effective as desired. The room failed to cool adequately, leading to disruptions in my sleep. The rooms and bathrooms are equipped with sensors, but there were some challenges in obtaining a hot water shower. It took at least 10 minutes for the hot water to become available, after which it was satisfactory. The beds are not so comfortable, it needs to be changed. While the rooms exude luxury and meet high standards, being a new hotel, there are some initial challenges that the management should promptly address to prevent recurrence. Despite these issues, my month-long stay was enjoyable, and it never felt monotonous; it provided a sense of being at home. I look forward to revisiting in the future.

Delightful experience, the staff are friendly, the reception are more than capable, attending to every needs of the residents. The rooms are spacious and of course there’s always room for improvement.

This is my 3rd stay in Ramla and this hotel becomes my favorite in Riyadh.The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Thashib is great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone….

لا انصح به انت محظوظ اذا لم تصحبك مشكلة اثناء السكن حسافة ماخذ اسم fairmont ما اظن يستمر مع Accor رئيس house keeping غير متعاون You are lucky if you didn’t face any issues with this hotel Very slow service No customer satisfaction No ….etc Wondering how come Fairmont gave them their brand name Even if you are an Accor member they don’t recognize you as a member regardless of the level you are in even if you are diamond. If you call Manager in duty you are wasting your time as he/she has no power on the Staff and will not solve your problem. Housekeeping manager (Akba....) is not cooperative.. ! Reception staff are nice but have no power and they need a lot of training.
