Overall an excellent hotel regarding everything - the price, location, room size, cleanliness, car parking. However the breakfast had very few options - the taste was good and the quality was amazing and it was all really fresh, however, you get bored after having only these limited options when staying for long

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a lovely hotel and would like to share my overall positive experience. While there were a few minor issues, the hotel staff and atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with our room being spotless upon arrival. Housekeeping services were efficient, ensuring our room remained clean throughout our stay. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for. The food at the hotel was decent, offering a variety of options to cater to different tastes. While it may not have been the most exceptional dining experience, the meals were satisfying and met our expectations. One issue we encountered was the hardness of the beds, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. While this was an inconvenience, it did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel. In summary, our stay at this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable, with the friendly staff and clean environment being highlights. Although the food was just decent and the beds were hard, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall experience. We would consider returning to this hotel in the future and recommend it to others seeking a comfortable stay with a few caveats

Best looking rooms from all the hotels we stayed at. Staff was friendly and provided great service. Only hotel I stayed in that actually had a gym. Would definitely stay here again when I visit.

It's one of the best hotels I stayed in Madinah, all the facilities are up to the mark. Staff & room service is excellent. They are all very helpful and supporting and they have parking facility also. Surely I'll plan my next stay at this hotel.

Excellent location, close to haram and shopping.. Breakfast is lack luster, very low quality and cheap selection, some items are old/stale... Nice staff, very polite. Beautiful looking ground and main floor.. rest of hotel is so/so. The most uncomfortable beds I've ever had the displeasure of sleep on. I could not get a good sleep for the life of me. Very upset with this and for that reason I give them a 2 star rating. Go see for yourself. These beds are like concrete slabs
