Room is awsome. Service is great
Food served in break fast is old.They keep serving old food every day
Chicken liver, Lentils and also other stuff same for three days.You can see colors and taste too.
Need a lot of improvements in break fast

The location is straight opposite the gate of the mosque , entry number 337 I believe, and to the women's section. So this was ideal for me, who didn't want to spend a lot of time walking. The service was good. The rooms were well furnished and presentable, and I would imagine a bit tight for two people if staying longer than 3 or 4 nights. The bed was comfortable though.

The stay at this hotel was great. The location was perfect and the view amazing. I just wish that there was proper temperature control for water in the washroom. It was either ice cold or boiling hot, making it very difficult to wash or shower with.

Location. Location. Location. Right next to K Fahd Gate and also the women's gate (as of 11/25/2022). This hotel is perfect in all sense. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant. However, it’s not what you expect from a five star hotel, the furniture in the rooms is dated and old.
More importantly, the disappointing breakfast experience. The place was busy as expected but the staff were less than equipped. After I finally located an empty table, I asked one of the staff to clean it, he proceeded to use a used napkin to clean the table and was inspecting every item (cups, forks and knives) to discern what’s used and what’s not! then he immediately started setting the table using the existing ‘unused utensils’. When I asked him to better clean the table, he pulled another napkin! I had to specifically ask him to bring a cleaning detergent and wipe the table clean, then it took some convincing to get him to bring clean and fresh utensils to use. The manager was occupied with another upset couple, when he finally came over I had to explain to him the need to bring us fresh utensils since his staff thought we can use the leftovers from previous guests. Also, it was impossible to get hot fresh brewed coffee. After asking multiple times, the manager finally brought me one that was lukewarm and mostly milk. Very disappointing experience.
