The hotel restaurant served very good food.
Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner there are many varieties. Taste also very delicious. Only complaint was the potatoes quite hard not soft. Near nabawi mosque and many shops around.

It's an absolutely amazing hotel. The service is 5* ++++. The location is really great. It's very close to Gate 25 for the ladies. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are a little small. However, the cleanliness of the place and quality of the service provided by the hotel and management make up for it. Parking is 60riyals per day. Their amazing service goes right onto the point of departure, where they bid you farewell from the parking lot with bottled water and some sweet treats.

Rooms are good, clean, and air conditioning cooling. Food is generally excellent... could be a bit less oily, though. Card access was a bit a hassle since the room was within another room.. Card could access one door but not the another... had to make several trips to reception to address the issue. Very close to mosque... especially for women.. less than 50m to Anisa door ...

Located very near haram women's gate. It's just a minute walk from the hotel to haram.
Provides all the services, offers free kahwa and dates during prayer times as a sweet gesture towards guests
The only thing is you can neither book the room during evening hours nor check for the availability, you should call them in morning for Reservations which I found a little inconvenient.

Poor dinning area gets extremely crowded its a pain for elderly and the lift service is the worst I have seen.
No women's washroom on first floor where our food was served .
Have to wait 10 min for a lift to get to dinning area people push shove put of frustration.
Good - location is good and food is acceptable and Staff is helpfull.
