Poor dinning area gets extremely crowded its a pain for elderly and the lift service is the worst I have seen.
No women's washroom on first floor where our food was served .
Have to wait 10 min for a lift to get to dinning area people push shove put of frustration.
Good - location is good and food is acceptable and Staff is helpfull.

-Too little lifts to accommodate all the guests... At times one can wait upto 20min to catch a lift...
