Hotel location good and immunities items were Good.
Front reception counter personals attitude with customers were very unfortunate and mistreated. Should managements keeping open eyes C C Cameras random check for their behaviours while the check in/ out.
Myself caressed so embrace experience, just last Friday 15.3.2024, asking for 30 minutes relax to join Jumma and immediately checkout.
But local PIC fleetly refuse and command to vacate room before Noontime 12PM otherwise?
and delayed my prayer to clear room 90 minutes before.

Room was good but like water sprinkles in case of fire had lots of dust around like hairs.
Noisy Air conditioners with poor performance.Only 3 lifts and small to accommodate very busy hotel.Before and after Salah its very difficult to travel in them.you cant leave in last minutes to reach haram for salah.because of these lifts you have to leave 30 minutes before the salah.its more likely 3-4 star compare to Europe etc standard.

Overall a decent hotel. Rooms are very tiny especially bathrooms. Wifi sucks... I stayed on third floor but wasn't able to get wifi signals.
Room service is excellent and a very nice and friendly house keeping staff.

Location of hotel is excellent. But their rooms need revamp. Toilets are quite small as compared to other hotels in this area. Otherwise this hotelis nice and if they renovate their rooms and toilets it is worth staying. Price tag is a bit higher than facilities.

Located very near haram women's gate. It's just a minute walk from the hotel to haram.
Provides all the services, offers free kahwa and dates during prayer times as a sweet gesture towards guests
The only thing is you can neither book the room during evening hours nor check for the availability, you should call them in morning for Reservations which I found a little inconvenient.
