People are great. Price is toooo expensive. I stayed there 2 weeks ago and points are still not in my account. You send emails but they never reply. Food is below average

The stay was excellent in general
People in the reception were very very very nice, helpful and cooperative
The view from 18th floor-was amazing
The room was very clean and quiet
The breakfast was acceptable but it could be improved
I really enjoy the stay, thank you

Nice place to stay and very comfortable... Chef Boutique the food was very amazing thank you so so much most especially Sir Jhapet, to their breakfast Fig and Leaf was also great thank you so so much especially to Sir Julius and others, their gym and swimming pool is also good and clean thank you so much Abdulrahman, nice place to come back and come back...

Basic but good. They have smoking rooms and located in middle of Olaya area. A good choice for quick business trip. The breakfast is very basic but not bad. Staff were friendly and accommodating late checkout. Parking underground is tight but serving it’s purpose. Thank you for the good service and clean rooms
