The place is very tidy and organised. The staff is very professional. The roons are very clean. This hotel has rooms and apartments with kitchen and living room. The hotel has a small gym and a small swimming pool.

Not so good, many A/Cs don't work, and some home service employees are rude, if you ask them for something they I'll tell yes sure right away, but it'll never happen before you get out of your room and go to talk to them. Also don't leave your stuff in the room after checking out, they will loose it most of the time

I stayed more than a month in this hotel apart and I can say it was great experience, staff are very accommodating and they go beyond expectation specially FOH team ahmad the supervisor, Mohana, Abdul Aziz, Khawter,Badria,Ghazal. F&B team Khawar who is very attentive in all aspect when it comes to food handling, Arif,Nesma,Mustafa,Md Anwar,Hossain,Abba,Omer,Hilal. House keeping team & bellboy. All this people are AMAZING!!!

Worse experience ever I do NOT recommend staying here service and cleanliness is serious issue and staff rude when I request to talk to management they say they are on Eid holidays (hospitality industry takes holidays during season)?? .. I have decided to check out even my booking is not refundable before my proposed check out date

Welcome to Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah. I visited this hotel in the 2nd week of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 06 PM and it is located in the basement. The Gym is located on the 1st floor. The kid's area is on the 6 floors.
