Worse experience ever I do NOT recommend staying here service and cleanliness is serious issue and staff rude when I request to talk to management they say they are on Eid holidays (hospitality industry takes holidays during season)?? .. I have decided to check out even my booking is not refundable before my proposed check out date

This is a third class hotel apartment
Please dont stay here
After telling them 100 times and putting in the light for make my room still from the time we checked in the room hasnt been made even once
When i told the reception girl she said we are too busy!!! Lame and unprofessional

Very beautiful rooms, spacious suites, delicious breakfast. We were placed there by the airlines, lots of passengers were taken there and I don't think the staff was trained to handle so many passengers at one time. It took a while But they managed to accommodate everyone eventually.

Welcome to Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah. I visited this hotel in the 2nd week of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 06 PM and it is located in the basement. The Gym is located on the 1st floor. The kid's area is on the 6 floors.
