miserable experience, the company I work in - which is a very reputed rich firm - usually books the premium rooms yet this time premium floors were full thus hotel's administration got us into 2nd floor rooms which are terrible with bad ventilation, furniture, and service and told us to wait till premium room get evacuated, when we kept trying to get relocated and pay the difference a receptionist kept telling me “I won’t relocate you even if there were available premium rooms cuz I have to receive an email” when I kept tryin to convince him he replied “follow up with sales department I'm only a receptionist and I don’t know how to reach sales talk to your company” , I received zero help from him and I had to leave such review due to that
