There is a leakage in the bathroom drain, and the tea kettle is not clean. Additionally, the room is small .The fridge was not working initially, but they changed it after I requested. I tried to extend my booking for one day, but they refused, causing a lot of inconvenience for me. There are no other recreational facilities or restaurants offering Arabic dishes, only a poor coffee stand at the entrance. Furthermore, I had to wait for 2 hours to have my room arranged upon arrival. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone anymore.

Rooms are dirty. Carpets, Razai covers and pillow covers are dirty and not changed inspite of repeated reminders .Bathrooms are very small. Service worst . Staff non cooperating. Dining hall is small. Location is okay.

Very bad experience for me and my family and relatives very poor room service.
And mainly my luggages got stolen from the hotel reception by the receptionist and his colleagues.i called the police and manager was very poor at communicating and unprofessional very unhelpful and the worker sacked after i returned back but i did not receive our belonging with valuable items in it.. My 1year old daughter was very sick yet they did not consider we were very upset and angry how can this all take place in a holy city of madina. Please be very vigilant.

Receptionist are not polite. Rooms are small. I was having problem with my room because of the strong smell of food, the receptionist did not help me at all , then contacted the manager his name Yehia he was a nice guy and changed my room.
But the hotel is so close to haram .
