The hotel is great. The rooms are little old specially the AC. The staff are very friendly & their room service is great. The receptionist is very friendly & welcoming. The housekeeping was very good in the beginning after the first week their cleaning service started to be unprofessional. Highly recommend to book the rooms facing the towers on Olaya street. The view is incredible.Their prices are reasonable specially the food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Al Mutlaq Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and I was very impressed. The hotel is located in a central location, close to many of the city's attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all of the amenities I needed. The hotel also has a number of other amenities, including a swimming pool, and a restaurant.
I would highly recommend the Al Mutlaq Hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh. It is a great value for the price, and the staff is truly committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Here are some specific examples of the good staff, rooms, and location of the Al Mutlaq Hotel:
* The staff went above and beyond to help me make the most of my stay. They recommend restaurants, and even gave me directions to nearby attractions.
* My room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was big and soft, and the bathroom was well-appointed.
* The hotel is located in a central location, close to many of Riyadh's attractions, including the King Abdulaziz Historical Center, the National Museum of Saudi Arabia, and the Al Faisaliah Center.

The staff is exceptional kind and generous towards you. I loved the experience I had here will be coming here more often thank you for making my stay amazing. They even let us in for an early check in as I had travelled my flight landed early. And I was super tired exhausted. They front desk was kind enough and let me in with a earliest check in. That’s where I got impressed. And room service is excellent as well.
