I attend a workshop here, nice place goo parking and a friendly coporating staff. But the entrance is a bit tricky to the hall location

I love this hotel and I am regular customer of it; however; my last visit 11 September I booked through booking.com and I pay at hotel via my credit card and I was wondering why they took deposit of 200 SAR!!!
THIS CAUSE ME TO STOP AT THE CHECKING DISK IN MY CHECKOUT TO GET BACK.
it my first time to experience this in all the world.
I appreciate if you look for that and fix it.
