Great treatment from Mr. Moha Gamal and his team. He knows what customer experience should looks like and he is fully confident to deal with feedback or complains. Outstanding, i liked a lot, stayed for 10 nights… nice clean quiet rooms, variety on Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner buffet for National day was superb… friendly staff on reception as well food and beverage staff, housekeeping, Spa… ??

Al mashreq is boutique hotel. It has excellent service. It provides nice breakfast. Do try burgers, lamb liver and muffins.
