As the popularity suggests, it should be a quite good hotel but now that seems like a story of the past. This hotel has very poor maintenance which brought me to this point to leave a 1 star review. This is an old hotel with little to no maintenance. Lights in rooms are very very dull. Hallway carpets have stains everywhere and sometimes these are smelly too. This hotel does not offer the comfort which somebody expects when choosing a hotel far from haram and with shuttle service. Highly not recommended.

SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD. and i have been to 3 star and 2 star hotels too, but this is far the worse hotel in the world. I booked it online, and i emailed them telling them i will be checking in late. They cancelled my reservation and i had to go to umrah without even going to my room just to make more money. The guy at the reception was very arrogant, instead of giving us a better room for the hassle they gave thus i was with family, they give us room facing the main road where you could hear horns 24/7. They have 5 towers yet none of their windows are soundproof. Secondly, the shower was not working, the bathroom sink was not working properly. They never pick up the phone at reception. I told them for an extra pillow and blanket, never got it. The problems were so many that i wanted to make a big scene but i tried to control. So please do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel, or you can take your chances and then regret it.

Good experience so far. Room's carpet was so dirty. But the overall experience was good. But receptionists are not able to speak English properly.
This hotel has restaurants and around 8 lifts in each tower. The best thing is shuttle service whenever you want to go The shuttle will be available.

Absolutely no service at all! During the 10 days we were here, no one came to clean our room even once. The reception staff barely speaks English. The rooms are dirty, and they don’t even change towels unless you call the service help, which rarely picks up the phone. The only good thing was the free bus service to Al Haram.

Hotel with 5 grand towers, accommodating pilgrims. Reasonably good rooms. Buses are lesser than required for shuttling pilgrims between Al-Haram and Hotel. Often people push each other to get on the bus.

Kiswah tower is 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 2 km from the sprawling Great Mosque of Mecca. Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Rooms are clean with spacious areas and the location is perfect. Upgrade room’s comes with Haram partial view. They have free shuttle bus to the Haram 24 hours a day every 20 minutes pick up and drop off. Inside this hotel all kinds of shop's available including Barber shop. Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast only 20/- saudi riyal. Near by this hotel - nice Restaurant, Money exchange, fast food, tea coffee shop, grocery store available.
