マトブリ ハウス ミュージアムは、ジェッダのアル バラド地区にあるアル コサニ アレーにある私有地です。この博物館は、伝統的なヒジャジの商人の家でしたが、その後博物館に改築されました。築約400年で、建築当時は都会的な建築様式で設計されていました。
建築とデザイン
家は地元の裕福な家族に属しており、その場所の信憑性を維持するために最小限の改装が施されています。 2 つの入り口と 4 つのフロアがあり、正面には見事な木製の格子状のバルコニーがいくつかあります。家の中には、古い蓄音機、古典的な吹き抜け、美しい木製の天井、骨董品、地元の工芸品があります。シニアゲスト用のビューローと雨水を集める地下室もあります。

Nothing much to see from inside but different sets and colors of couches. But I appreciate the nostalgia of the house. You would have to pay 10 riyal.

It is a beautiful place. And it shows old life style. You can see how did they live there? And you can feel it. But some places blocked by the owner or security... Old owner of the house was one of the famous busines man in Saudi Arabia. Should visit...

Matbouli House Museum is a Top choice museum in Jeddah which have so many traditional houses closed in Al Balad, this privately owned museum in a beautiful three-storey property with stunning Hejazi mashrabiyya(wooden lattice balconies) is a real find. The home has been minimally refurbished to present rooms and decor that feel more authentic than what's found in some of the more polished examples. Old gramophones and telephones complement uneven floors, stairwells and beautiful wood ceilings. If there's a downside, it's that there's no access to the rooftop.
It is a great pleasure to visit the museum house which reminds us about how the old business class people live in a close connection. Unfortunately these practices are now abandoned once for all.

Very nice museum in downtown jeddah. This old house belongs to a rish family and so it does reflect the life style of old families in jeddah. Highly recommended for visitors.

would be great if the rooftop was open, but the preservation of antiques and rooms is wonderful
