If you are looking for a party celebration, never ever ever trust these people.
I started planning my husband's birthday about 3 weeks ago. And started searching for restaurants/cafes who provided table decoration for parties. I stumbled across their page on Instagram and contacted them, first by whatspp and then by call. There is one saudi female who doesn't know English and directs you to another man (I don't want to disclose his name and disgrace him). I discussed with him in detail about what I want and he promised to do it. So I stopped searching and informed him that I will notify you 1 day prior to booking.
So yesterday, I called them again and asked for this guy in person. I told him that i will come with my husband half hour before midnight. So please keep the table ready before we come (with candles, floors, balloons as he promised) and then u can bring the cake at 12midnight and i even informed him what to write on cake.
I was so excited and has been planning this for a month. My husband didn't know about this plan. When we reached there, I looked around for a table with decoration but didn't find any. I asked for this guy with name but I was told that he is off. The about 2,3 people came and each one was more blank faced than the other and no one knew anything about our booking or birthday decoration at all. I was so heartbroken, so disappointed that I have no words to write it all down.
