Very nice hotel, I enjoyed my stay. Latifa from Guest relations were the best in this hotel. Very welcoming and supportive. Will be happy to visit again.

My review is strictly on The View, the lounge located on the 12th floor of this hotel. If I can transparently describe this place, I could only say it’s a ghost area. The food is horrible and the service is no better either. Best of luck finding someone to serve you when you need it.

Very bad customer service, I have asked for my membership points after spending more than 30 days in the executive room and they refused even after contacting the Manager. I can't understand how on the contrary one of my workmates has received all his points with no problem. This is unacceptable favoritism since both of us had the same Booking from the same company !?!?! And by the way food is also very bad.
