Sky View - Marriott Hotel - Djeddah Non réclamés

First of all difficult to get in and get out. The main lobby entrance is closed and needs to use down the entrance, there is no bell boy which takes time to get help with the luggage. Leaving the hotel same story. The lounge is not operating. Rooms got bad sound isolation. Very slippery floor in the bathroom. The chair is just not functional- falling apart. The bed is very hard . Air conditioning not working properly. No welcoming greetings for the loyalty program members. Pushy calls regarding check out while waiting for the luggage to pick up and not bringing the subject of late check-out at all. Cleaning should definitely be improved. Dust and garbage in the corners. The bathroom wasn’t super clean neither. I forgot one of the things in the hotel but when contacted lost and found they said nothing. It is impossible since I moved to another hotel and it’s not with me. Last time I used it in the room before leaving and forgot on the table . Must admit during check-in receptionist was super kind and welcoming, professional way of dealing . Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the staff who did check out, rather indifferent basics . Taking into consideration price and offered service and comfort level wouldn’t be my choice again

It was one of the few I liked in Jeddah hotels providing cleanliness, quietness, good service. Breakfast buffet has variety, especially breads are super, but the cereal & fruits are less in choice. Women's gym needs to be improved a lot!

Finally a great Marriott hotel in Jeddah! I am loyal Marriott client with more than 600 nights and I come to Jeddah regularly. My problem was that Marriott group hotels in Jeddah are outdated. Now here is a brand new hotel with a real loyalty program recognition. I got the superior room; a spacious and nicely designed room with a modern bathroom that has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Lobby is beautiful specially during daytime. And the front desk staff are very nice and friendly. Highly recommended ?

Me and my family stayed in the hotel during the New Year Break. Excellent pleasant staff, contemporary designs, neat rooms, and above all great food. Being a Marriott bonvoy member for over 12 years, I can confidently say that this hotel stands out.
