Shake Shack Restaurant - Djeddah Réclamer

Based the Red Sea mall. The place has its own seating within the mall. We were waiting to order and were told to order on the self order machines but I wanted to speak to someone. The manager wasn't very helpful, it seemed as if he didn't want any customers. The sales assistant who served me, I think he was Saudi, was excellent, very helpful. I wanted something slightly different and he worked around the menu to give to me. The area was fairly clean and my food came quite quick. Food was ok (not as good as people might think). Fries were nice and sauces were decent. There are plenty of other burger places which are better. The guy walking around outside wasn't very helpful or hospitable as you would imagine. I don't think I'll be trying this Shake Shack again. They didnt even have the frozen custard which was advertised everywhere in store. Unbelievable that they are out of stock on a Thursday evening. I've heard other Shake Shacks are better. This must be managed poorly.

Came to try their new hot chicken sandwich . Unfortunately, it was super bland to the point I had to ask then if they made a mistake and served me the regular chicken instead. Also, their classic burger with one patty was over cooked. The only saving grace is the polite staff

Taste like a regular burger not the iconic NY Shake Shack. They need to work more on their meat flavor. We were also disappointed with the milkshake… but the sauces we great and the food came fresh

The double cheese burger was fine, a bit burnt.. but better than the chicken burger and the hot dog, the fries was excellent.. the value is not appreciated

The raspberry lemonade is very flavorful and yummy ??. Fries are overrated?. Vegetarian burger does not taste good?. Clean and good service✨.
