The good: Location and Service, it's in the center of a large square with a lot of food and coffee choices accessible by foot. The employees are polite and radiate positive energy. I visited the spa and met Ronaldo the masseur. Tried the deep tissue massage and was very happy with the result. 5/5. The bad: breakfast buffet was a little chaotic, lots of the food plates didn't have a tag so I had to guess what I'm getting. Bathroom shower faucet leaks a bit of water, looks unprofessional and lacking maintenance. The hairdryer backside filter fell off on first touch and surprised me, it's broken, again, feels lacking. I struggled to use phone service at all. Was super confused on what the sound means, is it ringing? Why is no one picking up? 🤣 The distance from the car parking to my room is a 15 minutes walk. Unfortunately I got the furthest room at the end of the hallway, I feel like there should've been a notification or a warning from the reception.

Great stay for two nights My reservation was for a regular room and Mrs. Haifa changed it for us to a room with a view A thousand thanks to Professor Haifa for her interest at the time of arrival and during the stay I just have notes 1- Cars piled up in front of the hotel entrance 2- Delay in check-in procedures from reception 3- Hotel furniture needs more attention

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the location, but its fault is that the carpets are not cleaned in the rooms and in the lobby, and there are many mosquitoes due to stagnant water outside. I would like the glass to be opaque so that it would be more privacy during the day, spraying pesticides daily, especially at night, and putting a barrier in the bathroom so that the water does not come out of the shower and put cups Glass in the rooms instead of plastic and ashtray, and in terms of breakfast, it is delicious and varied and the service is excellent, may God reward them ?

According to my visit to the hotel Positives : The location of the hotel is excellent on the Corniche and the entrance to the hotel and the parking is wide The hotel facilities include swimming pools, green areas and special sessions. The rooms are clean and the furniture is clean inside the rooms also the rooms overlooking are beautiful as calm and relaxing Negatives : The carpets in the corridors are very worn out and the lighting is poor Checking in and out is very very slow and takes a very long time. Waiting for the bags to enter the room took more than an hour and a half. When checking out, it took more than an hour and on top of that, the bags arrived in another car, and thank God we caught up and dropped them off. The breakfast buffet needs more variety The presence of smokers in the children's pool area and between family sessions Prices are medium to high needs development The hotel is suitable for those with children, as there are swimming pools and yards
