4 **** for ambience and setting 2 ** for food 3 *** for service and staff attitude. 3 *** OVERALL Whist the selection of drinks is good and the quality reasonable the quantity Vs the price is not a match. Very small disposable cups (not your usual lovely cocktail glasses with a complimentary paper umbrella! The dessert however (tiramisu) was disappointing to say the least. An overall let down after hearing of much hype about this chain.

Allow me to share with you my humble experience in ‎Over Dose ... Actually i still remember the first time we have visited their Branch in Prince Sultan Street, it was a hype back then due to it's Intense Delusional Social Media Propaganda with its blinded followers to the extent that there was a long line for you to just order, also they didn't allow anyone to enter just VIPs to set inside, with some bodyguards regularising the crowds, once we have seen the scene, we just found our way out of such misery, asked the Bodyguards about the time it will be empty, they completely ignored us, so we used the Google Map Work Hours Rush tool to know the time it is empty, also we have entered inside to discover the nonsense that the only thing you can drink inside which was their Spanish Latte, so let's begin with their Kornaish Branch which started with the same way... 1- Place and the design: It is a Modern Simi Classy Minimalistic Calm Design which is a comfortable simple practical double dynamic design (Design with several phases) with a specific smell that takes you to Modern American Coffee Shops vibes 6/10. 2- The hospitality: The crew were very nice with their nice friendly welcome with practicality, quick understanding and care of all what we need following all the precautionary regulations for our safety ? and they took time due to their strange complicated order system but it's okay 6/10. 3- Our order and the coffee quality: We have ordered Spanish Latte, Salted Caramel Macchiato and Flat White , the coffee ☕ was 5/10 fresh roasted , the coffee art was nice but not like before 6/10, the taste was not like before with the start of Dark Chocolate ? Roast with slight taste of Smoked Fruits and the body of Eastern Spices 4/10, and the quality of the used milk?(Froth Quality) was 4/10 so far (this will be explained in the Diet Restrictions down below). 4- The experience conclusion: It was a fair experience but not as expected , we have tasted it's quality before, comparing to what we have tasted, it is so disappointing with such drop down in the Coffee Quality, we expected that they would provide higher grade of Coffee Quality in such nice place which located directly Infront of the Sea ⛵? so you can witness one of the beautiful Sunsets ? in the entire world, so our recommendation is to develop the quality of their coffee by getting other coffee types and resources other than the pathetic coffee they have, with higher Milk ? quality soon, with such consideration have been fulfilled, this might make me consider it as one of the greatest Sea Side ⛵ ? coffee shops in Jeddah city , this is according to my opinion if there is another, refer/share it so we can try it out 6/10. 5- The ?-Score is: 37 / 70 1st- Second Cup (Closed) 2nd- Fratelli La Bufala (Closed) 3rd- La Dolce Vita 4th- Resto Cafe (Closed) 5th- Medd Cafe (Closed) 6th- La Mode Cafe (Closed) 7th- Layla’s Gourmet 8th- Kaiora Cafe 9th- 95 Celsius Marina 10th- Urth Cafe 11th- Scarlet Cafe 12th- Mangia Cafe 13th- Brew 92 14th- Esso Coffee 15th- Starbucks 16th- Costa 17th- Batel 18th- Tiny House 19th- CAV 20th- Overdose ✓ 21th- Esquires Coffee 22th- Tim Hortons 23th- Joffrey's 24th- 50 Degrees 25th- Chimix 26th- Thuluth cafe 27th- Culture Cafe 28th- Barn Cafe 29th- Half Million 30th- Ammar’s Cafe 31th- Caffeine Lab 32th- Sculpture Cafe 33th- Razaz Cafe (Yes, Due to Ethical Matter) We are trying our best to validate and evaluate all the coffee shops from time to another with high end transparency and honesty so this result could be change from time to another and we will announce it...

The view from the balcony is more than wonderful, they have many distinctive dessert options, but the staff needs more training in dealing with customer satisfaction. For example, after ordering my coffee, it tasted too sharp for me, so I informed the employee that I was not satisfied with its taste and wanted a solution, but he refused at first, and after At my insistence, the other employee, Abdul Khaleq, amended it, so he added milk, and that was reluctant on his part, and he presented it in an annoying way to me. I hope to focus more on customer satisfaction.

Didn't like their cappuccino, maybe the beans they're using is not good. Service is slow and tables are not take care of timely manner. Sorry guys. I will not come again.

Nice view ,, the patio needs constant maintenance,, unfortunately, a traditional dessert “qished” is not available anymore ,, the loyalty points is a good idea but I recommend adding points when customers bring their own cups
