The Hayat Mall branch is bad and the chairs are all chocolate. When I reached out to the Moroccan worker, his response was rude and had nothing to do with politeness

My visit to Merkaz was disappointing and frustrating. Despite half of the seats being empty, I was denied service by the staff, who insisted that I order more items because it was a 'busy day.' When I requested three teas in cups, I was rudely informed that I needed to order teapots instead, simply because I wasn't ordering sweets. This arbitrary restriction on what I could order left a sour taste in my mouth. Customer service should prioritize hospitality over upselling making more sales. Sadly, I won't be returning to Merkaz Cafe anytime soon."

Bad bad bad service, the cashier was rude and untrained, she made a mistake in my order I repeat to her twice I wanted cold Spanish latte and I got hot one ! And when I asked the waiter to bring me a new one because they got me wrong, I heard the cashier telling him no he ordered hot !! I mean where’s “customer always right” ? She was so rude and I mean who hired her !!!!??? On top of that .. by far the worst Spanish latte I ever tasted in my whole life basically just milk and chocolate.. don’t put something in your menu and you don’t know how to make it !! Don’t waste your money and time in this low class place ..

I ordered coffee, and if the coffee is small, it must be my travel. These are the words of the Indian cashier I asked for very expensive bites, and he told me 15. I thought he meant the price. The pills were now, and I was shocked by the price. 35, and the taste was less than normal. I did not eat it again. The service is fast and the order is finished 👍🏻
