Absolutely the cleanest hotel in Saudia Arabia I have stayed at. I spent 8 days here on business. Room was soundproof, nice and clean furnishings, and excellent housekeeping. My experience was so relaxing here. Parking was also excellent.

I rarely stay at hotels in Jeddah, but surely i will visit again! My experience at Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly. The check in process was smooth and did not take long. The Housekeeping staff were very thorough in cleaning the room and changing the sheets. Thank you Crowne Plaza staff for making me feel like home in the hotel!

MD Sabib is an exceptional host. His warm, affectionate yet professional approach is exemplary and worthy of all emulation. His willingness to help makes you feel like family. Nothing is a problem for him. He has a can do attitude even if I asked for a helicopter to be landed here . Every staff member in every department is just amazing with exceptional interpersonal skills and connectedness to enable and facilitate a brilliant experience in the accommodation, food , conferencing etc I am at checkout after 3 amazing nights and the 3 days at conference. When I checked in I was greeted and welcomed with such enthusiasm and helpfulness by Tahani. Today she is at checkou checkout also and with the same amazing passion for customer excellence and satisfaction. The experience has been nothing short of delightfully perfect. The hotel itself is amazing , but the staff take it to the next level. There is no exception . Every staff member lives and breathes superior customer service with passion and humility to serve. They can even anticipate yoor needs before you speak. The leadership here is true servant leadership with humanizing everything. There are no “robotic” customer service people here. They connect, interact and engage genuinely amd sincerely. I cannot remember all the names, Abdullah really impressed me when he called me each day after work to check if I am ok and if I need anything and even asked me how was my day . The same with the daytime team. The food here and the presentation of it is magical. And enchanting. Of course the amazing service makes the tasty variety of food even more tasty. I got fat in 3 days. I wish this hôtel every bit of God blessed success and the successful growth of every person who works here. Blessings to all. I can’t wait to return. the general manager of the hotel Mr Mohammed atta took the time to personally come and meet in the conference me with his leadership team. I was blown away. Such incredible service and astounding leadership. There are those who talk about leadership and write books, but Mr Atta simply loves it with heart. Keep up the excellent leadership and superior customer experience. I have been humbled by all the care and support during my stay and the conference.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Jeddah Al Salam was absolutely perfect. Comfortable bed, updated features, wonderful service - fresh fruit was even delivered to the room! It was a superb base to explore the rest of Jeddah, whilst also being close to the airport. 100% recommend.
